Alleen honden met een stamboom van LOSH of van buitenlandse federaties die erkend zijn door de "Fédérations Cynologique Internationale" (FCI) worden toegelaten tot deze show.

Seuls les chiens ayant un pedigree de LOSH ou de fédérations étrangères reconnues par la "Fédérations Cynologique Internationale" (FCI) sont admis à cette exposition.

Only dogs with a pedigree from LOSH or from foreign federations recognized by the "Fédérations Cynologique Internationale" (FCI) are admitted to this show.

Showreglement

a. Ondergetekende verklaart dat hij door het inzenden van een hond zich onderwerpt aan de bepalingen van het tentoonstellingsreglement;

b. Ondergetekende verklaart dat, voor zover hem bekend is, de door hem ingeschreven hond gedurende de laatste verlopen 12 weken niet heeft verkeerd in omstandigheden waardoor het gevaar van besmetting, hondenziekte of enige andere ziekte van besmettelijk karakter in het bijzonder te vrezen valt. Hij verklaart verder de hond niet te zullen meebrengen indien de aangegeven omstandigheden zich voor de tentoonstelling nog mochten voordoen;

c. Door inzending van het inschrijfformulier verplicht men zich het inschrijfgeld te voldoen, zelfs indien men op de tentoonstelling afwezig blijft;

d. Een boete ten bedrage van 125 euro kan worden opgelegd aan elke inzender welke de tentoonstelling verlaat vóór het tijdstip bepaald door de organisatoren of vóór het begin van de erekeuringen zonder toelating van de organisatoren;

e. Elke exposant dient met de ingeschreven hond(en) aanwezig te blijven op de tentoonstelling tot aanvang van de erering tenzij door de organisatoren anders beslist

De exposant gaat, door zich in te schrijven op de tentoonstelling, akkoord dat zijn naam en adres volledig gepubliceerd worden in de catalogus

Reglement Klassenindeling:
Minor puppy klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 3 tot 6 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling. Deze klas komt niet in aanmerking voor het CAC en BOB.
Puppy klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 6 tot 9 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling. Deze klas komt niet in aanmerking voor het CAC en BOB.
Jeugd klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 9 tot 18 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling. Deze klas komt niet in aanmerking voor het CAC.
Tussen klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 15 tot 24 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling.
Open klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 15 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling.. 

Fokkers Klasse: voor alle honden vanaf 15 maanden oud op de dag van de tentoonstelling en fokker van de hond en eigenaar.
Kampioens klasse: minimum leeftijd 15 maanden op de dag van de tentoonstelling. Open voor honden die een internationale schoonheidskampioenstitel van de FCI of een nationale schoonheidskampioenstitel behaald hebben.
Veteranen klasse: voor honden ouder dan 8 jaar op de dag van de tentoonstelling. Deze klasse komt niet in aanmerking voor het CAC.
Het is verboden deel te nemen aan meer dan één individuele klasse.
Koppelklasse: voor twee honden van dezelfde variëteit maar van verschillend geslacht, welke BONA FIDE eigendom zijn van de exposant. Om in een koppelklas te kunnen deelnemen moeten beide honden ook ingeschreven zijn in een individuele klasse.
Groepsklasse: voor drie honden van dezelfde variëteit, ongeacht hun geslacht, welke BONA FIDE eigendom zijn van de exposant. Om in een koppelklas te kunnen deelnemen moet elke hond ook ingeschreven zijn in een individuele klasse.

UITSLUITING VAN DEELNAME

Algemene bepalingen

1. Iedere deelnemer, bezoeker, lid, medewerker, vrijwilliger of andere persoon die deelneemt aan of aanwezig is bij een door de vereniging georganiseerde activiteit, wedstrijd, tentoonstelling, bijeenkomst of evenement, is verplicht zich te gedragen overeenkomstig de statuten, het huishoudelijk reglement, het toepasselijke wedstrijd- of tentoonstellingsreglement en de redelijke aanwijzingen van het bestuur en de organisatie.
2. Het bestuur behoudt zich het recht voor om, in het belang van de goede orde, veiligheid en werking van de vereniging, een persoon tdefinitief de deelname aan of toegang tot activiteiten van de vereniging te ontzeggen

Uitsluiting kan worden opgelegd bij:

• overtreding van de statuten of geldend huisreglement
• agressief, bedreigend, beledigend of discriminerend gedrag;
• het verstoren van de goede orde of het verloop van een activiteit;
• fraude, misleiding of het verstrekken van onjuiste informatie;

Bij ernstige feiten kan de betrokkene onmiddellijk van het terrein worden verwijderd en kan verdere deelname of toegang worden ontzegd. De beslissing tot uitsluiting wordt genomen door het bestuur of een daartoe gemachtigde verantwoordelijke. De opgelegde maatregel laat eventuele verdere juridische of disciplinaire stappen onverlet.

De beslissing van het bestuur inzake de toepassing van dit reglement dient door iedere deelnemer en aanwezige te worden gerespecteerd, behoudens de rechten die de toepasselijke wetgeving toekent.

Reglement Expo:

a. Le soussigné déclare que, en inscrivant son chien, il s’engage à observer le règlement de l’exposition;

b. Le soussigné déclare que, pour autant qu’il puisse la savoir, le chien qu’il a inscrit ne s’est pas trouvé, au cors de 12 dernières semaines, dans des circonstances qui pourraient le rendre susceptible de représenter un quelconque danger

décontamination, soit de la maladie des chiens, soit d’une autre maladie contagieuse.  Il s’engage en outre à ne pas le présenter, si entre-temps les conditions ci-dessus devaient se présenter ;

c. Le fait d’envoyer le bulletin de participation implique l’obligation de régler en même temps les droits d’inscription, même si l’on ne se présente pas à l’exposition ;

d. Une amende d’un montant de 125 euros peut être exigée de tout participant qui quitterait l’exposition sans l’autorisation expresse des organisateurs, avant le début des jugements des Prix d’Honneurs ou l’heure déterminée par l’organisation ;

e. Chaque exposant doit être présent avec leur(s) chien(s) aux expositions jusqu’au  début du ring d’honneur, sauf si le comité des organisateurs décident autrement.

 En s’inscrivant à l’exposition, l’exposant accepte que son nom et son adresse soient publiés intégralement dans le catalogue.

Classification des règlements :
Classe Minor Puppy : pour tous les chiens de 3 à 6 mois le jour de l'exposition. Cette classe n'est pas éligible au CAC et au BOB.
Classe Puppy : pour tous les chiens de 6 à 9 mois le jour de l'exposition. Cette classe n'est pas éligible au CAC et au BOB.
Classe jeunes : pour tous les chiens de 9 à 18 mois le jour de l'exposition. Cette classe n'est pas éligible au CAC.
Classe intermédiaire : pour tous les chiens de 15 à 24 mois le jour de l'exposition.
Classe ouverte : pour tous les chiens à partir de 15 mois le jour de l'exposition.

Classe Eleveurs : pour tous les chiens à partir de 15 mois le jour de l'exposition et éleveur du chien et propriétaire.
Classe Champion : âge minimum 15 mois le jour de l'exposition. Ouvert aux chiens ayant obtenu un titre de Champion International de Beauté FCI ou un titre de Champion National de Beauté.
Classe Vétéran : pour les chiens de plus de 8 ans le jour de l'exposition. Cette classe n'est pas éligible au CAC.
Il est interdit de participer à plus d'un cours individuel.
Classe couple : pour deux chiens de même variété mais de sexe différent, qui sont la propriété de BONNE FIDE de l'exposant. Pour pouvoir participer à un cours en couple, les deux chiens doivent également être inscrits dans un cours individuel.
Classe de groupe : pour trois chiens de la même variété, quel que soit leur sexe, qui sont la propriété de BONNE FIDE de l'exposant. Afin de participer à un cours en couple, chaque chien doit également être inscrit dans un cours individuel.

EXCLUSION DE PARTICIPATION

Dispositions générales

Tout participant, visiteur, membre, employé, bénévole ou autre personne présente à une activité, compétition, exposition, réunion ou événement organisé par l'association est tenu de se comporter conformément aux statuts, au règlement intérieur, au règlement applicable à la compétition ou à l'exposition, ainsi qu'aux instructions raisonnables du conseil d'administration et de l'association.

Le conseil d'administration se réserve le droit, dans l'intérêt du bon ordre, de la sécurité et du bon fonctionnement de l'association, d'exclure définitivement toute personne de ses activités ou de son accès.

• L'exclusion peut être prononcée pour les motifs suivants :
• violation des statuts ou du règlement intérieur applicable ;
• comportement agressif, menaçant, insultant ou discriminatoire ;
• perturbation du bon déroulement d'une activité ;
• fraude, tromperie ou fourniture de fausses informations.

En cas de faute grave, la personne concernée peut être immédiatement expulsée des locaux et se voir interdire toute participation ou tout accès ultérieur. La décision d'exclusion est prise par le conseil d'administration ou par une personne responsable dûment habilitée. La mesure imposée n'affecte aucune autre procédure judiciaire ou disciplinaire.

La décision du Conseil d'administration concernant l'application du présent règlement doit être respectée par tous les participants et personnes présentes, sous réserve des droits conférés par la législation applicable.

SHOW REGULATIONS

• a. By submitting a dog for entry, the undersigned declares that he/she agrees to and undertakes to comply with the provisions of these Show Regulations.
• b. The undersigned declares that, to the best of his/her knowledge, the dog entered has not, during the preceding 12 weeks, been exposed to circumstances giving rise to a particular risk of infection, canine disease or any other contagious disease. The undersigned further declares that the dog will not be brought to the show should such circumstances arise prior to the exhibition.
• c. By submitting the entry form, the exhibitor undertakes to pay the entry fee, even if he/she does not attend the exhibition.
• d. A fine of €125 may be imposed on any exhibitor who leaves the exhibition before the time निर्धारित by the organisers or before the start of the Best in Show / honour rings, without prior permission from the organisers.
• e. Every exhibitor must remain present at the exhibition with the entered dog(s) until the start of the honour ring, unless otherwise decided by the organisers.

☆ Participating dogs must be in possession of an FCI-recognised pedigree.

By entering the exhibition, the exhibitor agrees that his/her full name and address may be published in the catalogue.

CLASSIFICATION OF CLASSES

• Minor Puppy Class:
  For all dogs from 3 to 6 months of age on the day of the exhibition. This class is not eligible for the CAC or BOB.
• Puppy Class:
  For all dogs from 6 to 9 months of age on the day of the exhibition. This class is not eligible for the CAC or BOB.
• Junior Class:
  For all dogs from 9 to 18 months of age on the day of the exhibition. This class is not eligible for the CAC.
• Intermediate Class:
  For all dogs from 15 to 24 months of age on the day of the exhibition.
• Open Class:
  For all dogs aged 15 months or older on the day of the exhibition.
• Breeders Class:
  For all dogs aged 15 months or older on the day of the exhibition, where the breeder is also the owner of the dog.
• Champion Class:
  Minimum age 15 months on the day of the exhibition. Open to dogs holding an FCI International Beauty Champion title or a National Beauty Champion title.
• Veteran Class:
  For dogs over 8 years of age on the day of the exhibition. This class is not eligible for the CAC.
• It is prohibited to enter a dog in more than one individual class.
• Couples Class:
  For two dogs of the same variety and of different sexes, which are bona fide owned by the exhibitor. To participate in the Couples Class, both dogs must also be entered in an individual class.
• Group Class:
  For three dogs of the same variety, regardless of sex, which are bona fide owned by the exhibitor. To participate in the Group Class, each dog must also be entered in an individual class.

EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

General Provisions

1. Every participant, visitor, member, employee, volunteer or other person participating in or attending an activity, competition, exhibition, meeting or event organised by the association is required to conduct themselves in accordance with the statutes, the internal regulations, the applicable competition or show regulations, and the reasonable instructions of the board and the organisers.

2. The board reserves the right, in the interests of good order, safety and the proper functioning of the association, to permanently deny a person participation in or access to activities of the association.

Exclusion may be imposed in the event of:

• violation of the statutes or applicable internal regulations;
• aggressive, threatening, insulting or discriminatory behaviour;
• disruption of good order or the proper conduct of an activity;
• fraud, deception or the provision of false or misleading information.

In the event of serious misconduct, the person concerned may be immediately removed from the premises, and further participation or access may be denied.

The decision regarding exclusion shall be taken by the board or by a person authorised by the board. Such a measure shall be without prejudice to any further legal or disciplinary action that may be taken.

The decision of the board regarding the application of these regulations must be respected by every participant and person present, without prejudice to any rights granted under applicable law.
